Are you not completely satisfied with the ordered items? You are requested to contact our support team to get a refund or replacement of the purchased items.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time from the order placement to the dispatch confirmation process. If you are too late to cancel the order, don’t worry then. You still have the option to return the product. You can claim a refund or exchange it for the new one. Kindly note that you have to bear the cost to send back the product to us.
You are entitled to return the purchased product within 14 days once you receive the products. After 14 days, the company will not be responsible for any refund or exchange of items. To exercise your cancellation process, you are bound to inform us with a clear statement and accurate information.
The product to be returned should be unused and dispatched back in the same conditions without any damage. Please follow the following procedure for return:
- Send an email with the subject of return/exchange at support@kinderdelights.co.uk
- Share your credentials like your name, location and order number in the email
- Send back the items in their original packaging
- In response to your email, our team will guide you where to dispatch and what will be the information required. The fault or damage of any product can be shared through pictures of the product or/and videos if required.
- The refund process will take 14 days
- You are responsible for sending return goods back to us. The company will not pay any amount for this. It will also be recommended to send the returned items through tracked services as we will be not responsible in case of the items are lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse the returns to any merchandise that doesn’t meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. If the product is used, damaged, worn, or in an unsaleable condition, Kinder Delights Ltd. will not give you the refund.
Please note that the shipping address will be shared in email and you are requested to not send the items without any confirmation from our team.
