SECTION 13 – DELIVERY
Kinder Delights Ltd. Will deliver the products at the address that you have shared with us during the order placement.
If you want to order the various products at different addresses, place an individual order for every specific product with the specified address to avoid any ambiguity or loss.
Delivery dates given by Kinder Delights Ltd. are the best estimates under smooth circumstances. If any event outside of our control or the unavailability of the stock, you will be notified and the new estimated delivery time will be notified to you which will not exceed 30 days.
FREE SHIPPING will be offered when you spend more than £150, otherwise, the shipping cost will be charged depending on the delivery nature.
The ordered items will be delivered within 2-4 days after the date of “Dispatch Confirmation.” We need 1 day for the preparation of the ordered items and 1-3 days will be taken by the courier companies to deliver it at your doorstep. You will receive a Track Number to check the status of the product.
Occasionally, the delivery may exceed due to some unforeseen circumstances or any event out of control. Here is the list of some of the situations which can cause the delay:
- If the product will be at your doorstep and no one is there to receive the products. In this case, the ordered items will be dispatched back to our warehouse and you have to rearrange the delivery by contacting us.
- Delivery of the production process will be completed when you physically receive the product at the address you shared with us.
- When we receive all the charges of the product including delivery cost, the product will belong to you.
- If we fail to deliver the items within 20-30 days, you have the right to cancel the order if it follows any one of the reasons given below:
- We have refused to deliver the product due to the non-availability of the product
- The delivery within the delivery time is essential but after noticing the circumstance
- You have told us before placing an order that the time constraint is essential at any cost
- If you don’t get the option to cancel the order, you hold the obligation to give us the new deadline which should be achievable. If still, you don’t get the product, you have the right to cancel the order straight away and we will refund you the money within 14 days.

SECTION 14 – RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY
Are you not completely satisfied with the ordered items? You are requested to contact our support team to get a refund or replacement of the purchased items.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time from the order placement to the dispatch confirmation process. If you are too late to cancel the order, don’t worry then. You still have the option to return the product. You can claim a refund or exchange it for the new one. Kindly note that you have to bear the cost to send back the product to us.
You are entitled to return the purchased product within 14 days once you receive the products. After 14 days, the company will not be responsible for any refund or exchange of items. To exercise your cancellation process, you are bound to inform us with a clear statement and accurate information.
The product to be returned should be unused and dispatched back in the same conditions without any damage. Please follow the following procedure for return:

- Share your credentials like your name, location and order number in the email
- Send back the items in their original packaging
- In response to your email, our team will guide you where to dispatch and what will be the information required. The fault or damage of any product can be shared through pictures of the product or/and videos if required.
- The refund process will take 14 days
- You are responsible for sending return goods back to us. The company will not pay any amount for this. It will also be recommended to send the returned items through tracked services as we will be not responsible in case of the items are lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse the returns to any merchandise that doesn’t meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. If the product is used, damaged, worn or in an unsaleable condition, Kinder Delights Ltd. will not give you the refund.
